Helpdesk Technician

LifeChurch.tv is one of the largest, fastest growing and most innovative churches in the country. We are one church in multiple locations, with campuses all over the United States and online. We are currently looking for a Helpdesk Technician to grow with our IT Solutions Team!

You Are:

  • A whiz at communicating and relating to people both in person and via phone/email.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a team environment.
  • Teachable, with a spirit that is ready to learn.
  • A creative problem solver.
  • A passionate Christ-follower with a clear calling to support ministry.

 

You Know Well:

  • Advanced troubleshooting steps for Macs and PCs.
  • Microsoft Active Directory and related tools.
  • Windows and OS X scripting and automation.
  • Documentation of processes and procedures.
  • A broad range of software and how to determine the best tool for the job.

 

You Will Be:

  • Providing one-on-one support for end-users.
  • Provisioning, deploying and managing hardware and software.
  • Proving excellent customer service for our staff team.
  • Part of an organization and team that loves to innovate.
  • Supporting the technology needs of an organization with global impact.
