LifeChurch.tv is one of the largest, fastest growing and most innovative churches in the country and we are currently looking for a full-time Volunteer Screening Coordinator. You are:
- Blessed with a keen eye for detail & superior organizational ability
- Able to demonstrate a proven track record of providing outstanding customer service
- Naturally an innovative problem solver
- A highly effective communicator (both written and verbal)
- A proven leader
- Proficient in the effective use of technology (specifically Microsoft Outlook and Excel)
You will:
- Serve campus teams, behind-the-scenes, by processing background checks
- Continually improve the systems and processes in place to screen volunteers efficiently
- Develop and deliver training to campus teams
- Read and evaluate criminal record histories
- Maintain the extensive database of volunteer screening information and approvals
