Associate Campus Pastor - LifeGroups/LifeMissions
Do you wake up thinking about how to develop people and leaders? Are you passionate about seeing problems in your community solved and the community transformed? Are you adept at deploying leaders who in turn lead others? We are looking for an Associate Campus Pastor of LifeGroups and Missions.
You are...
- A proven leader in corporate, public, or church leadership roles
- Experienced at coaching/developing other leaders
- Self-confident & secure with the ability to inspire a group of 40 or 4,000
- Able to think, plan, and act strategically
- A team player capable of fostering relational influence
- Able to drive for results, follow through, and take others with you
You will...
- Lead every person on the campus to develop a plan for their personal growth and take next steps to pursue that growth
- Develop and provide diverse growth opportunities for people such as LifeGroups, mentoring relationships, learning events, and more
- Build partnerships with local organizations and deploy people and campus resources to develop the community through those partnerships
- Create a campus strategy to accomplish everything mentioned above then identify and deploy leaders to make it happen
