LifeChurch.tv is one of the largest, fastest growing and most innovative churches in the country and the Edmond, OK campus is currently looking for a full-time Operations Pastor. We are one church in multiple locations, with campuses all over the United States and Online.

If you’re not afraid to try big things or put yourself out on the occasional limb in the name of leading people to Christ, we’d love to talk to you.

You are:

A proven leader with natural communication skills
A motivated team-builder
Passionate about evangelism
Experienced in leadership roles in either a church or corporate environment
A multi-tasker, but can follow through and get things done
Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once, yet still stay focused
Hard-working, but know how to have a good time
Self-confident, secure and more passionate than power-hungry
A guru at process improvement and project management
A person who sees the details that others might miss, yet able to be a big-picture leader
A team player no matter what

You will be:

Overseeing part of a growing campus team
Needed to compliment the strengths of the Campus Pastor
Assisting in leadership and administration of the Campus Team in order to develop leaders and volunteers
Responsible for operational details of a campus, such as emergency management plans, oversight of a facility team and facility details, and improvement of on-going ministry processes
Operating as the quality assurance manager of the campus
